• E-ticket is valid for Residents & Non-Residents
• E-ticket is also valid for Weekends & Public Holidays
• Children under 4 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between ages of 4 to 8 will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
• Children above age 8 will be considered an adult and charged the adult rate.
• Passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried.
• Age criteria : Guests aged between 12 to 65 years are eligible for the glass slide and edge walk
• Minors between 12 to 18 years of age require the consent of their parent/ guardian in person. Kids aged below 12 years are NOT allowed for edge walk and glass slide
• Weight criteria : Guests weighing from 30 to 150 kgs will be allowed for the glass slide.
• Height criteria : Guests with height ranging from 120 cm to 200 cm will be allowed  for the glass slide.
• You are required to wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves).
• Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.
• Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.
• Glass Slide will not be included in Sky Views Observatory - open dated tickets. The tickets for Glass Slide can be purchased directly from the ticket counter present at the venue for AED 25.
• Note: The Sky Views Observatory can only be accessed through Tower 1, it is essential to inform guests to proceed directly to Tower 1 for access to the observatory. In addition to the above please note: Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1 Level 1, entry point next to residence entrance or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance of Sky Views - Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).

• Visitors are required to carry a Photo ID as this would be required by the merchant to validate the age.
• Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
• E-Voucher / E-ticket cannot be redeemed for cash & once issued / confirmed cannot be modified, cancelled & are fully Non-Refundable.
• Papasbay issued e-voucher / e-ticket will be forfeited in case of no-show or late cancellation
