Refund Policy

Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services/product you purchase and its redemption conditions.

Returns / Cancellations are handled under below given conditions -

1. If the merchant did not honor the voucher issued by Papasbay, Papasbay will refund the full cost of the voucher.
2. Technical Issues: Duplicate or double order; double payment charged for the same order.

EXCLUSIONS

1. No refund will be processed for unconsumed or expired vouchers.
2. Vouchers once sold are non-refundable, whether you use it or not.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

(Once order is marked Cancelled for Refund)

Master/Visa Credit and Debit Cards: 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit/debit card.
