Booking & Reservations
Booking is simple! Browse our packages, select your preferred package, choose your travel dates, enter traveler information, and proceed to payment. You'll receive instant confirmation via email.
Yes, you can book packages for friends or family. Just enter their details as the traveler information during the booking process. The booking confirmation will be sent to your email.
Most packages require at least 48 hours advance booking, but we recommend booking at least 7 days in advance for international destinations to ensure availability and best prices.
No, you can show your e-voucher on your mobile device. However, we recommend keeping a printed copy as backup, especially for international travel.
Payments & Pricing
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, and wallet balance. Some packages also offer installment payment options.
All prices displayed are final and inclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. There are no hidden charges. Any additional fees (if applicable) will be clearly shown before payment.
Yes! You can use your PapasReward points to pay for up to 50% of your booking value. Simply select "Use Reward Points" during checkout.
Yes, for bookings above $500, we offer interest-free installment plans. You can split your payment into 3 or 6 monthly installments at checkout.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by package. Generally, cancellations made 7+ days before travel receive 100% refund, 3-6 days receive 50% refund, and less than 3 days are non-refundable. Check specific package terms.
Go to My Bookings in your profile, select the booking you want to cancel, and click "Cancel Booking". Follow the prompts to complete cancellation. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel relative to your travel date and the specific package terms. Refer to the cancellation policy in your booking confirmation.
You can modify your booking dates subject to availability. Go to My Bookings and select "Modify Booking". Date change fees may apply depending on the package and timing.
Travel & Documents
You'll need a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity), visa (if required for destination), travel insurance, and your booking confirmation. Check destination-specific requirements.
Yes, we offer visa assistance services for many destinations. Select "Visa Assistance" during booking or contact our support team for help with visa applications.
Travel insurance is optional for most packages but highly recommended. You can add comprehensive travel insurance during checkout for a small additional fee.
Account & Rewards
Earn 2% back in PapasReward points on every booking. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future bookings. You also earn bonus points through referrals and reviews.
Log in to your account and go to "My Wallet" in your profile. You'll see both your main wallet balance and PapasReward points balance.
PapasReward points are valid for 12 months from the date of earning. Points expiring within 30 days will be highlighted in your wallet.
