Welcome to PapasBay. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, making a booking, or using any PapasBay service, you agree to:
- Comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- Accept our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy
2. User Accounts
Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities conducted under your account.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses our services.
3. Bookings and Payments
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and a confirmation email is sent. All bookings are subject to availability.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in AED and USD. Prices may change without notice until a booking is confirmed. While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and wallet payments. All transactions are processed securely through PCI DSS–compliant payment processors.
Taxes and Fees
Unless otherwise stated, prices include applicable taxes and fees. Additional destination-specific taxes may apply and will be clearly communicated where applicable.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the package and service provider. General guidelines are as follows:
- 7+ Days Before Travel: 100% refund (minus processing fees)
- 3–6 Days Before Travel: 50% refund
- Less Than 3 Days Before Travel: Non-refundable
Specific package terms take precedence. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. User Responsibilities
- Ensure all travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) are valid and in order
- Arrive at designated meeting points on time
- Comply with local laws, customs, and service provider rules
- Maintain appropriate travel and health insurance
- Report any issues or concerns promptly to customer support
6. Limitation of Liability
PapasBay acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers. Accordingly:
- We are not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of third-party service providers
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking
- We are not responsible for force majeure events, natural disasters, or political unrest
7. Intellectual Property
All content on PapasBay, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to PapasBay and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Francisco, California.
