Cancellation Timeline & Refunds
7+ Days Before Travel
- Full refund minus processing fees (2.5%).
- Refund processed within 7–10 business days.
3–6 Days Before Travel
- 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Refund processed within 7–10 business days.
Less Than 3 Days Before Travel
- Non-refundable.
- No refund or credit will be issued.
Modification Policy
Date Changes
Travel dates may be modified subject to availability.
- Changes made 7+ days before travel are free of charge.
- Changes made 3–6 days before travel incur a $50 modification fee.
- Changes within 3 days of travel are not permitted.
Traveler Information
- Minor corrections (such as spelling errors) are free.
- Changing traveler names requires cancellation and rebooking and is subject to standard cancellation fees.
Package Upgrades
- Upgrades to a higher-tier package are allowed at any time by paying the price difference.
- Downgrades follow standard cancellation and rebooking procedures.
Refund Process
- Submit a cancellation request through My Bookings or contact customer support.
- Receive a cancellation confirmation email with refund details.
- Refund is processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Bank processing may take an additional 3–5 business days.
Special Circumstances
Force Majeure Events
In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other force majeure events, we offer either a full refund or credit vouchers valid for up to 24 months.
Medical Emergencies
With valid medical documentation, flexible cancellation options with minimal fees may be offered. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for comprehensive coverage.
Service Provider Cancellations
If a service provider cancels a service, you will receive either a full refund or an alternative booking of equal or greater value at no additional cost.
Package-Specific Policies
Certain packages may have unique cancellation terms due to specific booking requirements:
- Peak season bookings (holidays and special events) may have stricter cancellation policies.
- Cruise and group tour packages follow supplier-specific cancellation terms.
- Flash deals and promotional packages may be non-refundable.
